非磷系吸附剂对废水中铜离子的高选择性去除作用 被引量:1

High selective removal of Cu^(2+) from wastewater by non-phosphorus adsorbents

摘要 利用以C、H、N、O元素为主体的原料通过两步反应制备了一种完全可燃的非磷系绿色吸附剂2,2′-(1,4-亚苯双(氮杂二基))二乙酸(PADA),采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、场发射扫描电镜和热重分析等对PADA的形貌和结构进行表征,考察了pH、吸附时间等因素对PADA吸附铜离子的影响及其吸附动力学和选择性。实验结果表明,pH对PADA的吸附能力影响显著,pH为4时达到97.5%的最高吸附率;当Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度为20 mg/L、吸附前pH为4、溶液体积为10 mL时,PADA在120 min内达到吸附平衡,平衡吸附率为95%。 A completely combustible non-phosphorus green adsorbent 2,2′-(1,4-phenylene bis(azadiyl))diacetic acid(PADA)was prepared by two-step reaction using raw materials with C,H,N and O.The morphology and structure of PADA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The pH,adsorption time,adsorption kinetics and selectivity were investigated.The experimental results show that pH has a significant effect on the adsorption capacity of PADA,and the highest adsorption rate reaches 97.5%when pH is 4.When the initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+) is 20 mg/L,the pH before adsorption is 4,and the solution volume is 10 mL;PADA reached adsorption equilibrium within 120 min,and the equilibrium adsorption rate was 95%.
