摘要
以介孔SiO_(2)气凝胶粉体为填料制备了SiO_(2)气凝胶/硅藻泥复合隔热涂料。研究了SiO_(2)气凝胶粉体加入量对复合涂料保温隔热性能的影响。结果表明,复合涂料的导热系数随着SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量增加而下降,当SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量体积百分数为37.5%时,复合涂料具有最佳的保温隔热性能,涂层玻璃试样的导热系数仅为0.0553 W/(m·K);红外灯照射下,涂层玻璃与空白玻璃试样对应的隔热箱体内部温差达到35.3℃;在100℃烘箱热环境中,有涂层的金属罐样品与空白金属罐内的温度差达到19.9℃;而在-5℃制冷环境中,有涂层的金属罐与普通金属罐内水的温度差达到4.4℃。结果说明,SiO_(2)气凝胶/硅藻泥复合涂料在冷热环境下均具有优异的保温隔热性能。
The thermal insulating coatings of SiO_(2) aerogel/diatomite composite were prepared using SiO_(2) mesoporous aerogel powders as fillers.The effect of addition amount of SiO_(2) aerogel powder on the thermal insulation performance of composite coatings was studied.The results indicate that the thermal conductivity of the composite coatings decreases with the increase of addition amount of SiO_(2) aerogel.When the volume percentage of SiO_(2) aerogel is 37.5%,the composite coating exhibits the best thermal insulation performance and the thermal conductivity of the sample glass with this coating is only 0.0553 W/(m·K).Under infrared light irradiation,the internal temperature difference between thermal insulating boxes with coated glass and blank glass reached 35.3℃.In the oven at 100℃,the inner temperature difference between metal jar with coating and blank metal jar reached 19.9℃.In the refrigerator at-5℃,the water temperature difference between metal jar with coating and blank metal jar can reach 4.4℃.The results indicate that aerogel/diatomite composite coatings exhibit excellent thermal insulation performance in both cold and hot environments.
