摘要 利用六西格玛安全控制目标,在对采油过程生产安全风险进行识别的基础上,建立采油过程安全事故树模型,并对生产安全风险进行分析;采用反向推理思维建立生产过程安全控制标准,运用安全控制定量化管理方法,分析人为因素安全风险控制、环境因素安全风险控制、管理因素安全风险控制的容错率,为实现采油过程精准化生产安全管理提供新思路。 According to six sigma safety control objects,the safety accident tree model in the oil extraction process was built based on the identification of production safety risks in the oil extraction process,in order to analyze production safety risks.Then,the production process safety control standards were established by using reverse reasoning.Meanwhile,the fault tolerance rates of safety risks control from the factors of human,environment and management were analyzed by means of quantitative management methods of safety control,providing new thought for the implementation of precise production safety management in the process of oil production.
