摘要 为开发一种简易便捷的血糖检测系统,根据近红外光谱的理论设计了一套无创血糖检测系统,采用4个波长的红外发光管,分别以STM32F103C8T6和TSL235作为核心MCU与红外接收管,对手指部位进行了数据采集,采集的数据经MCU以及云端分析处理后通过蓝牙无线传输至安卓手机,并以静脉抽血血糖检测作为对照.结果表明:所设计的无创血糖检测结果与静脉抽血血糖检测相关性为0.9442,误差约为9%,满足临床应用要求.该无创血糖检测系统与技术为便携式无创血糖检测仪的研究与开发奠定了应用基础. A set of non-invasive blood glucose detection system was designed based on near-infrared spectroscopy for the simple and easy monitoring of blood glucose levels.Infrared light-emitting tubes with four wavelengths were applied,STM32F103C8T6 and TSL235 were used as core MCU and infrared detector respectively.The data were collected from fingertips,processed by MCU and the cloud,then wirelessly transmitted to the Android mobile phone.Venous blood glucose detection was used as the control.The results showed that the correlation between the non-invasive blood glucose detection and venous blood glucose detection was 0.9442,with an error of around 9%,which was within the requirements of clinical application.Such non-invasive blood glucose detection system and technology may lay a foundation for the research and development of portable non-invasive blood glucose detector.
