多功能丙烯助剂的开发及在MIP工艺的工业应用

摘要 在以硝酸铝和碳酸铵为基础原料制得有序介孔活性γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和采用磷、镧对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性的基础上,将改性ZSM-5分子筛、高岭土、γ-Al_(2)O_(3)及铝溶胶按照一定比例混合制得JFCP-01多功能丙烯助剂。分别在ACE试验装置和MIP工艺的FCC装置上对JFCP-01多功能丙烯助剂进行试验评价和工业应用。ACE试验结果表明,丙烯收率提高了2.62个百分点,油浆产率减少1.11个百分点,焦炭产率下降0.97个百分点;工业应用结果表明,丙烯收率提高了1.01个百分点,油浆产率减少0.89个百分点。 JFCP-01 multifunctional propylene promoter was prepared by mixing modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve,kaolin,γ-Al_(2)O_(3) and aluminum sol in a certain proportion upon basis of preparation of ordered mesoporous activeγ-Al_(2)O_(3) from aluminum nitrate and ammonium carbonate followed by modification of ZSM-5 molecular sieve with phosphorus and lanthanum.JFCP-01 promoter was tested on an ACE test device and commercially applied to a FCC unit using MIP process.Propylene yield increased by 2.62%,slurry yield decreased by 1.11%,and coke yield decreased by 0.97% on the ACE test device,and propylene yield increased by 1.01% and slurry yield decreased by 0.89% on the FCC unit.
