老龄飞机起落架系统结构腐蚀问题研究

Study on the Corrosion of Aging Aircraft Landing Gear System

飞机进入老龄期后,随着使用时间的增长,飞机起落架由于各种原因造成机件产生腐蚀,促使应力集中进一步加剧,严重影响飞机日常运行,增加了老龄飞机不安全性以及维护费用等问题。本文以运输五型老龄飞机为例,针对其起落架在使用过程中,因腐蚀造成失效的因素进行分析,制定有效预防措施,做好日常维护工作,为老龄飞机安全可靠运行提供有力技术支撑。

After the aircraft entered the aging period, with the growth in use of time, the aircraft landing gear for a variety of reasons causing parts corrosion, prompted stress concentration is further increased, the daily operation of the severe impact of aircraft, an increase of aging aircraft safety and maintenance costs and other problems. This paper to transport five types of aging aircraft as an example,according to the landing gear in the process of using, due to corrosion caused by failure factors analysis,making the effective prevention measures and do a good job of daily maintenance work, provide strong technical support for the safe and reliable operation of aging aircraft.
