油气生产场所电气防火防爆探讨

Discussion on Electrical Fire and Explosion Prevention in Oil and Gas Production Sites

油气田生产场所中的气体及易燃性液体主要为丙烷、天然气和汽油等物质,这些物质生产、运输及存储均为火灾和爆炸发生的高风险场所。尤其生产场所中,由于存在可燃性气体和液体的薄雾或者蒸汽,且其浓度均在爆炸的承受极限值之内,存在足以导致其可以燃烧或者爆炸的气体混合物的电弧或者火花,也存在高温现象,从而加强电气防火防爆就显得十分重要,本文就此展开论述分析。

The gases and flammable liquids in the production places of oil and gas fields are mainly propane, natural gas and gasoline. The production, transportation and storage of these substances are highrisk places for fire and explosion. In particular, in the production site, due to the existence of mist or steam of combustible gas and liquid, and their concentrations are within the explosion tolerance limit, there are arcs or sparks sufficient to cause the gas mixture that can burn or explode, and there are also hightemperature phenomena, so it is very important to strengthen electrical fire and explosion prevention. This paper discusses and analyzes this.
