免充气腋窝入路手术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌对甲状旁腺功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 本研究探讨免充气腋窝入路手术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的临床疗效以及对甲状旁腺功能的影响。结果表明,与腔镜组相比,术后传统组血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)[(22.02±9.66)ng/L比(25.88±8.17)ng/L]和血钙[(2.14±0.11)mmol/l比(2.20±0.10)mmol/l]下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后传统组发生暂时性低血清PTH 23例、低血钙20例,多于腔镜组暂时性低PTH 6例、低血钙4例,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。
