摘要 基于区块链技术研究政府统计数据失真问题,根据统计数据不可篡改、可追溯特征提出"+区块链"模式的政府统计体系,利用加密哈希算法、Merkle树、时间戳等作为内在机制开发基于区块链技术的政府统计数据保护系统,以用户权限管理、密钥使用、文件哈希值为三重保障,以哈希值、时间戳、管理员ID为防抵赖机制,从根本上解决统计数据被篡改的潜在隐患,保证统计数据的真实性。 A study was made of the distortion of government statistical data based on blockchain technology in this paper. Firstly, according to the tamperability and traceability of statistical data, proposed was a government statistical system based on"+ blockchain"mode. Secondly, the government statistical data protection system based on blockchain technology was developed by using encrypted hash algorithm, Merkle tree and timestamp as internal mechanisms, with user authority management,key use and the file hash value being a triple guarantee, and the hash value, timestamp and administrator ID are used as the anti-repudiation mechanism to fundamentally solve the potential hidden danger of tampering with statistical data and ensure the authenticity of statistical data.
