关中平原城市群新型城镇化与生态环境耦合发展研究

Study of the Coupling Development of New Agglomeration Urbanization and Ecological Civilization in Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration

运用熵值法及耦合协调度模型,对关中平原城市群新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调状况进行分析。结果表明:(1)关中平原城市群各城市新型城镇化综合指数及变化趋势差异较大。西安、铜川、渭南、天水、平凉、庆阳呈上升趋势,宝鸡、商洛、运城、临汾波动式上升,咸阳呈先升后降趋势。(2)关中平原城市群生态环境综合指数差异较大,运城市生态环境水平长期处于较低水平,西安、渭南、铜川、平凉、庆阳、商洛呈上升趋势,其余城市变化不大。(3)关中平原城市群各城市的协调发展水平,具体表现为"高度协调—生态环境滞后"(西安)、"中度协调—同步发展"(运城、临汾)、"中度发展—新型城镇化滞后"(其余城市)三种类型。

Based on entropy method and coupling coordination degree model, the author of this paper analyzed the coupling coordination between new urbanization and ecological environment in Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration. The results show that:(1) The comprehensive index and change trend of new urbanization of different cities in Guanzhong Plain are greatly different. Xi’an, Tongchuan, Weinan, Tianshui, Pingliang and Qingyang showed an upward trend, while Baoji, Shangluo,Yuncheng and Linfen fluctuated, and Xianyang showed an upward trend first and then downward trend;(2) The ecological environment comprehensive index of guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration varies greatly, and the ecological environment level of transport cities has been at a low level for a long time. Xi’an, Weinan, Tongchuan, Pingliang, Qingyang and Shangluo show an upward trend, while the other cities have little change;(3) The level of the coordinated development of urban agglomerations in guanzhong plain cities final performance for high coordination-ecological environment lag(Xi’an),the moderate coordination—synchronous development(Yuncheng, Linfen), the moderate development—the new urbanization lag(the rest of the cities) three types.
