摘要
普通高等学校师范类专业认证工作是推动教师教育综合改革的突破口和着力点,提高实践教学基地建设质量是师范院校通过专业认证的关键一环。地方师范院校在实践教学基地建设方面存在的问题包括:基地与高校之间存在矛盾、高校实习制度设计有问题及基地自身建设不完善等。这些问题的解决有赖于地方政府、高校和中小学校"三位一体"协同育人机制的构建、高校实习制度的完善及实习指导教师和带队教师队伍的建设等。
Teachers’ professional licensure of normal universities is the breakthrough and exertion to promote the comprehensive reform of teacher education, and improving the quality of practice teaching base construction is the key link for normal universities to pass the professional licensure. The problems existing in practice teaching bases construction in local normal universities include the following:the contradiction between the practice teaching bases and universities, problems of system designing in base construction, management issue of university students, problems of teaching bases, etc. The solutions to these problems should be based on the cooperative education mechanism construction among elementary and secondary schools, universities and local governments, the practice system perfection of the universities, the team construction of the practice instructor and the leading teachers, etc.
