大学生反刍思维与自杀意念的关系:情绪疲惫的中介作用

Relationship Between Ruminant Thinking and Suicidal Ideation in College Students:Mediating Effect of Emotional Exhaustion

4研究了情绪疲惫在大学生反刍思维和自杀意念之间的中介效应。采用反刍思维量表、Beck自杀意念量表和情绪疲惫量表对798名大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)反刍思维、自杀意念和情绪疲惫两两之间均有显著正相关;(2)情绪疲惫在反刍思维和自杀意念之间起部分中介作用(ab=-0.07,95%CI:-0.12~0.02)。研究表明反刍思维既可以直接影响自杀意念,也可通过情绪疲惫产生间接影响。

This study explored the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion on ruminant and suicidal ideation in college students.The Ruminant Thinking Scale, Beck Scale For Suicide Ideation and Emotional Exhaustion Scale were used to investigate 798 college students.The results show that(1)there was a significant positive correlation between ruminant thinking, suicidal ideation and emotional exhaustion;(2) Emotional exhaustion played a partial mediating role in the relationship between ruminant thinking and suicidal ideation(ab =-0.07, 95%CI:-0.12~-0.02).The results show that ruminating thinking can directly affect suicidal ideation, but also indirectly through emotional exhaustion.
