摘要 "知识至上"的传统备课范式已不适应新时代发展对高校课程教学改革的要求。要实现备课思维范式的变革,需以转变教师知识观为引擎,以课程观、教学观和师生观的联变互通为驱动,进而形成新的教育观,构建以"人的需求和发展至上"的新型备课范式。要变"独舞"为"与生共舞",须在实践中探索并形成沉浸式备课方式。实践研究表明:学生对沉浸式备课方式认可度很高,从多个方面表达了新备课范式下的课堂教学对其学习产生正向影响。变革备课思维范式必将给教师带来"阵痛",但固守旧的备课方式课堂教学的改革将难以取得实质进展。 The traditional instructional preparation paradigm of “knowledge supremacy” can no longer meet the requirements of college teaching reforms in the new era. In order to transform the thinking paradigm of instructional preparation, college teachers must first change their view of knowledge, drive the transformation through the collaborated change of curriculum view, teaching view and teacher-student view, formulate a new notion of education, and finally build up a new lesson preparation paradigm with the “supremacy of human needs and development”. The strategy is proposed of “changing solo dance into group dance with students”, and the immersion type of lesson preparation is explored and implemented in practice. The practical research shows that the students have a high recognition of this type of lesson preparation and confirm the positive impact of the classroom teaching in the new lesson preparation paradigm on their learning from many aspects. It is pointed out that changing the thinking paradigm of lesson preparation will bring “pain” to teachers, but the reform of classroom teaching will end up in insubstantial progress with the old-fashioned way of lesson preparation.
