“线上+线下”讨论型思政课堂发言方法构建思路

摘要 为了将思政课堂打造成为金课,教师不仅需要提升理论修养,也要探索更为恰当的授课方式。灌输性教学虽然能够强调教师的主动权,但学生扮演"被动地听"的角色,学生参与课堂建设的积极性不能得到展现。讨论型课堂能够让学生变被动为主动,通过合理的制度设计,教师将学生的发言质量和发言数量作为评价学生平时成绩的重要依据。但是课堂讨论需要在课前做好充分准备,师生要对发言主题、发言方式、发言制度等进行充分沟通,教师要对发言中可能遇到的问题进行充分估计。这样的授课方式将"讲"升级为"论",对教师的理论水平以及理论与实际结合的能力有了更高要求,教师需要进行全方位提升,将技术手段引入课堂,在课堂上创造公平对话场景。 To improve the teaching effect of the Ideological and Political Education, teachers should not only enhance their theoretical competence but also better their teaching modes. With inculcation sort of teaching, students are merely the passive listeners, lacking the initiative of classroom participation. A debate-centered classroom can elicit the active role of students by including their speaking quality and quantity in the assessment of their academic performance. It requires the devoted before-class preparation of both teachers and students in the topics, modes and rules of speaking and teachers should carefully calculate the possible issues to be encountered in the debates. This sort of teaching mode, escalating “instructing” up to “debating, ” poses higher demands on teachers’ theoretical competence and their ability in combining theory with practice. Teachers must improve themselves in every aspect, introduce modern teaching technology into the classroom, and create a classroom situation of fair conversation.
