摘要
以通识课程质量评价为目的,探讨基于课程性质的质量评价工具的设计。通过基于学习体验的问卷,对S大学的通识课程质量影响因素进行研究,结果发现:教学质量是影响学生学习收获的直接因素;教学质量与学习收获之间存在学习投入的中介效应;学业任务可以正向调节学习投入,同时影响学习收获。据此提出改进通识课程质量的建议:从教师教学设计能力、实施能力及教学组织形式等方面提高教学质量;多途径提升学生有效的学习投入;正确处理学习方式转变与学业负担之间的关系,科学设计学业任务,激发学生深度学习;打造通识金课,提高课程的"两性一度"。
Aiming at evaluating the quality of general education courses, a quality evaluation instrument is explored based on the nature of the courses. Through a questionnaire centering on students’ learning experience in S University, the factors influencing the quality of general education courses were studied. The results show that teaching quality directly affects learning gains;learning engagement is an intermediary between teaching quality and learning gains;academic tasks can positively regulate learning engagement and affect learning gains. Based on these findings, some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of general education courses: improve the teaching quality from the aspects of instructional design, implementation of the design and patterns of teaching organization;improve effective learning engagement through multiple ways;handle properly the relationship between change of learning modes and academic burdens, scientifically designing academic tasks to facilitate deep learning;construct advanced, innovative and challenging courses of general education.
