宁夏人口健康领域科技进展与“十四五”期间科技需求分析

Science and Technology Progress in the Field of Population Health and Analysis of Science and Technology Demands During the“14th Five-Year Plan”Period in Ningxia

人口健康是重要的社会民生问题,而科技是健康管理的有力保障。近些年,宁夏在健康科技方面持续发力,基础条件建设水平不断提高,科技人才队伍不断壮大,科技创新能力不断提升,科技支撑健康成效显著,人民健康水平、生存质量和人口素质明显提高。本文总结回顾宁夏近些年健康科技的发展状况,结合国际健康科技发展的总体趋势和国家健康科技战略规划,对宁夏“十四五”期间健康科技需求进行分析。

Population health is a significant social and livelihood issue,and technology is a powerful guarantee for health management.Over the years,Ningxia has made relentless efforts in health technology,the basic conditions have been perfected,scientific and technological talents have continued to grow,the ability of scientific and technological innovation has been on the rise,remarkable results have been achieved in the field of population health supported by science and technology,and the health level of the people,the quality of life and the population have been significantly improved.This paper summarizes and reviews the development of health science and technology in Ningxia in recent years,and analyzes the demand for health science and technology during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period in combination with the overall trend of international health science and technology development and the national strategic plan.
