喀斯特高原石漠化地区土壤螨类群落结构对刺梨种植的响应

Response of Soil Mite Community Structure to Rosa Roxburghii Tratt Cultivation in a Karst Plateau Rock Desertification Area

摘要 为揭示喀斯特高原石漠化地区土壤螨类群落结构对刺梨种植的响应,选择种植年限为五年的刺梨地作为研究对象,并选择次生灌草丛和传统玉米地与之进行比较。研究共获土壤螨类1214只,隶属3目39科63属,甲螨亚目为整个研究区土壤螨类组成的主体,单翼甲螨属(Haplozetes)为优势属。各生境类群属数表现为次生灌草丛>刺梨地>玉米地,个体数量表现为刺梨地>次生灌草丛>玉米地。类群属数与全氮、速效氮呈显著相关关系(P<0.05),个体数量与全盐含量呈显著相关关系(P<0.05),多样性指数与土壤含水量呈显著相关关系(P<0.05),与有机质呈极显著相关关系(P<0.01),丰富度指数与全氮呈显著相关关系(P<0.05)。研究表明,种植刺梨有利于土壤螨类个体数量增加,特别是优势属的个体数量。 To reveal the response of soil mite community structure to Rosa roxburghii tratt cultivation in Karst plateau rock desertification areas,Rosa roxburghii tratt field with five years of cultivation was selected as the study object and secondary scrub and cornfield were used for comparison with it.A total of 1214 soil mites were obtained,belonging to 3 orders,39 families and 63 genera,with the Oribatida being the main component of soil mites in the whole study area.Haplozetes is the dominant genus in the study area.The number of genera of soil mite groups was in the order of secondary scrub>Rosa roxburghii tratt field>cornfield,and the number of individuals was in the order of Rosa roxburghii tratt field>secondary scrub>cornfield.The number of groups was significantly correlated with total and available nitrogen(P<0.05),the number of individuals was significantly correlated with total salt content(P<0.05),the diversity index was significantly correlated with soil water content(P<0.05)and highly significantly correlated with organic matter(P<0.01),the richness index was significantly correlated with total nitrogen(P<0.05)and no significant correlations were found between the other parameters.The study suggested that the planting of Rosa roxburghii tratt would increase the number of soil mite individuals,especially of the dominant genus.
