摘要
本文立足于地方产业经济发展,以重庆城市职业学院大数据技术专业为例,通过总结两届学生良好的实践效果,分析与归纳实施过程中存在的问题,并从人才培养模式框架以及实施路径、方法与举措方面探讨了“三段六化”人才培养模式改革的展开路径,旨在为相关人才培养提供参考。
Based on the development of local industrial economy,taking the big data technology major of Chongqing City Vocational College as an example.The article attempts to sum up the benign practical results of the two classes of students,analyze and summarize the problems existing in the implementation process,and discuss the the reform path of“three stage six modernization”talent training mode from the aspects of talent training framework and its implementation paths,methods and measures,aiming to provide reference for the training of talents.
