摘要
基于离散元与多体动力学相关方法对铲斗作业所受阻力进行分析,并根据四参数法进行铲斗斗形设计,选择挡板高度系数、侧刃倾角、底弧比、斗张角4个参数进行结构设计。根据实际情况先对各参数影响进行分析,运用离散元与多体动力学耦合仿真得到不同结构参数的铲斗所受作业阻力,侧刃倾角影响较大,而挡板高度系数与斗张角相对较小,最后以作业阻力小为目标得到一组最优结构参数组合,即斗张角43°,侧刃倾角60°,底弧比1.8,挡板高度系数0.35,为铲斗及其他土方机械工作装置的结构设计和优化提供参考。
Based on the discrete element and multi-body dynamics analysis method,the operating resistance of the bucket is analyzed,and the bucket shape design is carried out according to the four-parameter method.The four parameters of the baffle height coefficient,side edge inclination Angle,bottom arc ratio and bucket opening Angle are selected for structural design,and the influence of each parameter is analyzed first according to the actual situation.Using discrete element and coupling multibody dynamics simulation with different structure parameters of bucket of working resistance,had a greater influence on the lateral side Angle,and the baffle height coefficient and bucket opening Angle is relatively small,with the final assignments small resistance as the goal to get a set of optimal structure parameters combination,namely 43°Angle,lateral side Angle 60°,bottom arc than 1.8,the baffle height coefficient of 0.35,It provides reference for the structural design and optimization of bucket and other earthmoving machinery.
