多层折流板除雾器分离性能数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 折流板除雾器是脱硫设备中最重要的组成之一,由于对30μm以下的粒径分离能力弱,在保证基本结构不变的情况下,设计出一种多层折流板除雾器。利用Fluent软件对多层折流板除雾器的流场、叶片间距D、转折角度兹进行数值模拟,结果表明:多层折流板除雾器效率随着叶片间距的增大而减小,且压降较小,除雾效率较高,因此将多层折流板除雾器的相邻叶片的距离确定为20 mm。当转折角度角度为30°时,对直径小于10μm的液滴捕集作用要明显强于普通折的流板除雾器,除雾效率也达到90%以上。 The baffle defogger isone of the most important components in desulfurization equipment.Due to itsweak ability to separate the particle size below 30μm,a multi-layer baffledefogger is designed under the condition that the basic structure remainsunchanged.Using Fluent software,the flow field,blade spacing D,and turningangleθof the multilayer baffle defogger were numerically simulated.And thepressure drop is small,and the defogging efficiency is high,so the distancebetween the adjacent blades of the multi-layer defogger is determined to be20mm.When the turning angle is 30°,the trapping effect on droplets with adiameter of less than 10μm is significantly stronger than that of the ordinaryfolded flow plate mist eliminator,and the mist eliminator efficiency alsoreaches more than 90%.
