摘要
通过瞬态法、热循环法、带细分模式的热循环法分别对某型装载机动臂的焊接过程进行模拟仿真,比较其计算效率、焊接变形及残余的分布。结果表明:利用瞬态法计算时焊缝周围具有较高的的热循环峰值温度;三种计算方法下,其焊接变形误差均在20%以内,瞬态法计算得到的焊接变形与实测值十分接近;计算发现在焊缝焊趾部位存在较高的残余拉应力峰值;但是在求解效率上,瞬态法会花费大量的计算时间。
Transient method,thermal cycle method and thermal cycle method with subdivision mode were used to simulate the welding process of x loader arm,and the calculation efficiency,welding deformation and residual distribution were compared.The results show that:High peak temperature of thermal cycle around the weld when using the transient method;The welding deformation errors of the three calculation methods are all within 20%,and the welding deformation calculated by transient method is very close to the measured value;High peak value of residual tensile stress at the toe of weld;But in terms of solving efficiency,transient method takes a lot of calculation time.
