摘要
随着轻型汽车“国VI”排放标准的全面实施和日趋严苛的油耗要求,传统燃油汽车的生产技术要求更高。为了新产车辆达标,并更环保、更加经济的油耗,轻型汽车的技术发展路线经过探索和总结,并形成行业共识,全面进入新“四化”:电动化、网联化、智能化和共享化。其中,电动化是汽车动力系统的革命性改变,纯电驱动和混合动力驱动是电动化的两个方向,混合动力驱动是从传统燃油动力转向纯电动力的一个自然选择,混合动力汽车目前已经形成迅猛的发展势头。在混合动力技术路线中,增程器是其中重要的一个技术方向,对油耗结果和排放性能贡献很突出,增程器控制系统具有很高的研究价值。该文报道一种集成于电机控制器的增程器控制系统,该系统采用MATLAB/Simulink模型化开发,该系统的技术方案具有控制稳定、成本低、匹配快等优点。
With the full implementation of light vehicle national VI emission regulations,and increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations,the development of traditional fuel vehicles encountered unprecedented bottlenecks.In order to cope with the laws and regulations and make the whole vehicle obtain more environmentally friendly emission performance and more economical fuel consumption indicators,the technical development route of light vehicles has been explored and summarized,and an industry consensus has been formed.It has fully entered the new four modernizations:electrification,networking,intelligence and sharing.Among them,electrification is a revolutionary change in vehicle power system.Pure electric drive and hybrid drive are the two directions of electrification.Hybrid drive is a natural choice from traditional fuel power to pure electric power.Hybrid vehicles have formed a rapid development momentum at present.In the hybrid technology route,the range extender is one of the important technical directions,which makes a prominent contribution to the fuel consumption and emission performance.The range extender control system has high research value.This paper introduces a range extender control system which is integrated in the motor controller.The system is developed by Matlab/Simulink model.The technical scheme of the system has the advantages of stable control,low cost and fast matching.
