摘要
设计了一种基于声发射技术实时监测金属空蚀过程的超声空蚀实验装置:主要由超声作用系统、声发射监测系统、试件装夹及超声作用距离调节系统、空化介质循环及温度控制系统等组成。通过超声信号源、换能器、变幅杆、工具头对金属试件实现超声空蚀,使用声发射传感器和声发射综合分析系统实时监测金属材料空蚀过程。既能快速地实现对金属材料超声空蚀,又能利用声发射检测技术对空蚀过程中产生的声发射信号进行实时采集和分析,有效地监测金属材料超声空蚀的状态信息,为研究金属材料的空蚀影响因素及其空蚀机理提供实验装置。
An ultrasonic cavitation erosion experimental device based on acoustic emission technology is designed to monitor the metal cavitation erosion process in real time,which mainly consists of ultrasonic action system,acoustic emission monitoring system,specimen clamping and ultrasonic action distance adjustment system,cavitation medium circulation and temperature control system.Ultrasonic cavitation erosion is realized by ultrasonic signal source,transducer,horn and tool head,and acoustic emission sensor and acoustic emission comprehensive analysis system is used to monitor the cavitation erosion process of metal materials in real time.It can not only realize the ultrasonic cavitation of metal materials quickly,but also use the acoustic emission detection technology to collect and analyze the acoustic emission signal generated in the process of cavitation erosion in real time,which can effectively monitor the state information of the ultrasonic cavitation of metal materials,and provide an experimental device for studying the factors affecting the cavitation erosion of metal materials and its cavitation mechanism.
