某电池包内部布置对挤压性能的影响与优化改进 被引量:1

摘要 电池包是新能源汽车的核心部件之一,为车辆行驶提供持续的驱动电力。通过研究电池包受国家相关法规标准工况的挤压时,其内部集成电路控制器件、高压线束、低压线束布置存在受挤压、线路短路等引起系统着火爆炸的风险,进行仿真评估与优化。基于仿真模型的优化方案进行样件试制,然后对电池包试制样件进行挤压试验验证,结果表明改进方案可行,为电池包安全设计提供新方案。 Battery pack is one of the core components of new energy vehicles,which provides continuous driving power for the vehicle.It studies the risk of system fire and explosion caused by extrusion of internal integrated circuit control devices,high-voltage wiring harness and low-voltage wiring harness arrangement,and conducts simulation evaluation and optimization when the battery pack is squeezed by national regulations and standard working conditions.Based on the optimization scheme of the simulation model,the sample trial production was carried out,and then the extrusion test was carried out to verify the battery pack trial production sample.The results show that the improved scheme is feasible.It provides an important reference for the safety design of battery pack.
