摘要
介绍了电动平移板坯夹钳的结构、工作原理及用途,分析了导向滑块下滑条件及掉坯故障原因,提出了陀螺材料、改变润滑脂类型、改进钳齿结构以及导向滑块结构尺寸优化设计等设计改进措施。最终实现导向滑块下滑临界系数值由原设计0.46降至设计改进后0.31,较为明显地改善了夹持可靠性效果。
This paper introduces the structure,working principle and application of the electric translation slab clamp.The sliding compensation condition of guide slider and the cause of slab falling are analyzed.The design improvement measures such as improving gyro material,changing grease type,improving Tong tooth structure and optimizing the structure size of guide slider are put forward.Finally,the sliding critical value of the guide slider is reduced from 0.46 to 0.31 after the design improvement,which improves the clamping reliability.
