摘要
近年来随着技术更新速度的不断加快,学校、企业普遍意识到,想要实现培养高素质技术技能人才的目标,把学生适应不同岗位的能力培养作为核心,并以此进行课程设计,平衡好学生在职场中生存和发展之间的关系,使学生获得,与真实工作相关联的综合职业能力,真正培养适应技术进步和社会发展的高素质技术技能人才。依据项目化教学理念,开发基于德国“学习领域”模式的综合机械加工项目,从而让实训教学从培养学生单一岗位能力,向培养学生综合职业能力转变,在数控加工班进行试点取得良好成效。
In recent years,with the rapid pace of technological upgrading,schools and enterprises have generally realized that,in order to achieve the goal of training high-quality technical talents,the cultivation of students’ability to adapt to different positions is the core,and use it to design courses,balance the relationship between students’survival and development in the workplace,and enable students to acquire comprehensive professional abilities related to real work,truly train high-quality technical talents to adapt to technological progress and social development.According to the idea of project-based teaching,we develop a comprehensive machining project based on the German“Learning field”model,so that the practical teaching can change from training the students’ability of a single post to training the students’comprehensive vocational ability,in the numerical control processing class to carry out the pilot good results.
