禽干扰素在免疫应答中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 干扰素是一种诱生性糖蛋白,有抗病毒、抗肿瘤与免疫调节等多种生物学作用。当畜禽感染病毒时,干扰素是最先发挥作用的抵抗分子。干扰素参与早期黏膜免疫并通过产生一系列与免疫调节相关的细胞因子来活化机体的天然免疫与适应性免疫应答从而使机体处于抗病毒状态。干扰素因其重要的生物学功能,在流行性病毒病防治的应用中越来越广泛。本文从不同种类的禽干扰素与免疫系统相互作用的角度出发,阐述禽干扰素的分类、产生、功能及应用,重点阐述了不同种类禽干扰素的特点,旨在为禽干扰素作为禽类疫苗免疫增强剂的研制提供参考。 Interferon is a kind of induced glycoprotein,which has many biological effects such as anti-virus,anti-tumor and immune regulation.Interferon is the fi rst molecule to act when livestock and poultry are infected with the virus.Interferon is involved in early mucosal immunity and activates the body's natural and adaptive immune response by producing a series of cytokines related to immune regulation,thus leaving the body in an antiviral state.Because of its important biological function interferon is more and more widely used in the prevention and treatment of virus diseases.From the point of view of the interaction between different kinds of avian interferon and immune system,this paper summarizes classifi cation,production,function and application of avian interferon with emphasis of its characteristics of different bird species in order to provide reference for the development of an immune enhancer for poultry vaccines.
