摘要
对某生活垃圾焚烧飞灰进行了球磨水洗回收无机氯盐、蒸发分离氯化钙和浮选分离钾钠混盐等无机氯盐分离工艺研究,结果表明,球磨水洗-蒸发-浮选综合工艺获得了氯化钾、氯化钠纯度分别为98.31%、96.62%,回收率均高于90%的氯化钾、氯化钠产品。
Techniques of separating inorganic chlorine salts from municipal solid waste incineration fly ash were studied by experiments,including a wet ball milling process for recovering inorganic chlorine salts,an evaporation process for separating CaCl_(2) and a flotation process for separating KCl from NaCl.The experiment results show that the processing technique consisting of wet ball milling,evaporation and flotation can yield a KCl concentrate with grade of 98.31%and a NaCl concentrate with grade of 96.62%,both with recovery rate exceeding 90%.
