摘要
针对云南某氧硫混合锌精矿进行了硫酸浸出研究。实验室小型试验结果表明,在硫酸用量470 g/kg、液固比5∶2、搅拌强度200 r/min、浸出时间60 min、浸出温度25℃以及洗涤次数2次条件下,锌的浸出率达70%左右;采用此工艺参数进行了连续扩大浸出试验,锌总浸出率达到75.58%。浸出渣中含锌7.20%,主要以闪锌矿形式存在,可进一步通过浮选提取其中锌。
A mixed oxide-sulfur zinc concentrate from Yunnan Province was taken for sulfuric acid leaching test.In the laboratory small-scale test,the leaching rate of zinc reached 70%after the leaching process at 25℃for 60 min with 470 g/kg sulfuric acid,liquid-solid ratio of 5∶2,stirring at 200 r/min,and then two times of washing.On this basis,a continuous expanded leaching experiment shows that the total leaching rate of zinc can reach 75.58%.And the process mineralogy analysis shows that the leaching residue contains 7.20%Zn,mainly in the form of sphalerite,which can be further extracted by flotation.
