化工企业在中国经济建设与发展中发挥着非常重要的作用,但是实际生产中,受到一些因素的影响,会产生一定的资源浪费,尤其是在绿色、节能、环保理念下,在未来节能降耗技术会在化工工艺中得到有效普及,尤其是在科学技术不断发展和完善的今天,通过引入先进的工艺设备,降低资源消耗、提高生产效率和质量,促进化工生产经济效益与环境资源效益的多重实现。文章分析了化工工艺节能降耗中存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施。

Chemical enterprises in China’s economic construction and development plays a very important role,but in practical production,influenced by some factors,will produce a certain resource waste,especially under the concept of green,energy saving,environmental protection,saving energy and reducing consumption in the chemical process technology has become the future of the application of the main direction of chemical production.Especially in the continuous development and improvement of science and technology today,through the introduction of advanced equipment and production process,not only can improve the quality of production,but also can effectively reduce the waste of resources,promote the multiple realizations of economic benef its and environmental resource benef its.This paper analyzes the problems existing in energy saving and consumption reduction of chemical process,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
