摘要
水浴式气化器作为换热容器,常见于空分后备供气系统中,一般用于气化液氧、液氮和液氩。丙烷是催化裂化装置生产的烃类化学品,在冶金。石化和煤化工等行业用途广泛。文章介绍了5000 kg/h丙烷水浴式气化器的换热计算、产品结构、工作原理及设计理念,并以节能减排、稳定性和更安全为目的,讨论如何从换热及结构角度对水浴式气化器进一步优化,真正达到节能减排、运行稳定,并减少事故发生的可能性。最后,提出了丙烷气化器操作过程中的注意事项,以保证气化器寿命更长。
Water bath vaporizer,as a heat exchange vessel,is commonly used in air separation backup gas supply system,and is generally used for gasif ication of liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen and liquid argon.Propane is a hydrocarbon chemical produced by catalytic cracking unit.In metallurgy,it is widely applied in petrochemical and coal chemical industries.This article introduces the 5000 kg/h of propane water bath vaporizer heat exchange calculation,equipment structure,working principle and design concept,and for the purpose of energy conservation,emissions reduction,stability,and more safety,to discuss how to optimize further from the aspect of heat exchange and structure of water bath vaporizer,to really achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,stable operation,and to reduce the possibility of accident.Finally,points for attention in the operation of propane water bath vaporizer are put forward to ensure longer life.
