摘要
文章介绍了出现过联锁停车和大修的汽轮机存在的问题,对汽轮机振动高的原因进行分析。在使用故障诊断仪器之前,只能进行常规的分析,往往需要解体验证;而借助故障诊断仪器,便于做好充足的检修准备,能做劣化趋势分析,提高可靠性。文章对故障诊断技术和其发展进行了简要说明,指出汽轮机振动高时,故障诊断能准确找出汽轮机机械方面的问题。
This paper introduces the existing problems of steam turbine with interlocking shutdown and overhaul,and then analyzes the causes of high vibration of the steam turbine.Before using the fault diagnosis instrument,only conventional analysis can be carried out,and disassembly verif ication is often required.With the help of the fault diagnosis instrument,it is convenient to make suff icient maintenance preparation,analyze the deterioration trend and improve the reliability.Then the fault diagnosis technology and its development are briefly described.Finally,it is concluded that when the vibration of steam turbine is high,the fault diagnosis can accurately find out the mechanical problems of steam turbine.
