空压机是一种常见的动力设备,将机械能转化成气体压力能,形成压缩空气,供驱动各种风动机械、风动工具,有着用于仪表控制、自动化、吹扫、降温等广泛用途。空压机作为大型转动设备,其对润滑油系统的稳定运行有着较高要求,一旦出现油系统故障急需尽快排查解决。文章结合实际,针对油系统中出现异物导致的故障,介绍了发现、排查、解决以及防范措施。

Air compressor is a common power equipment,which converts mechanical energy into gas pressure energy to form compressed air for driving various pneumatic machinery and tools.It is widely used for instrument control,automation,purging,cooling and so on.As a large rotating equipment,the air compressor has high requirements for the stable operation of the lubricating oil system.Once there is an oil system fault,it is urgent to troubleshoot and solve it as soon as possible.Combined with practice,this paper introduces the faults caused by foreign matters in the oil system from discovery,troubleshooting,solution to prevention.
