摘要
碳纤维自问世以来,凭借其他材料无可比拟的高比强度、高比模量、耐腐蚀、耐高温、低比重、膨胀系数小等特性,广泛应用于国防工业及民用领域,是一种国家急需、应用前景非常广阔的战略性新材料,俗称黑色的“黄金”。预氧化是生产PAN基碳纤维的一个重要工艺,能否瞬时将氧化炉放出的热量排出,将直接影响预氧丝乃至碳纤维产品的质量,而蓄热式焚烧炉做为接收和处理氧化炉废气就显得尤为重要。焚烧炉在运行时将废气转化为无害物质后再排入大气,使其满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》的限值。
Carbon fiber since its inception,with other materials incomparable high specific strength,high specific modulus,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,low proportion,small expansion coefficient,widely used in national defense industry and civil field,is a kind of national need,very broad application prospect of strategic new materials,commonly known as black“gold”.Preoxidation is an important production of PAN based carbon fiber,can instantaneous to the oxidation furnace released heat discharge,will directly affect the quality of oxygen wire and carbon fiber products,and heat storage incinerator to receive and treat oxidation furnace waste gas is particularly important,it is mainly the waste gas into harmless substances into the atmosphere,make it meet the limit of comprehensive emission standards.
