产后父母安全感量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese version of Parents′ Postnatal Sense of Security and testing of reliability and validity

目的对产后父母安全感量表(Parents′Postnatal Sense of Security, PPSS)进行汉化,并验证其信效度。方法按照Brislin量表跨文化翻译原则对英文版PPSS量表进行汉化,并选取204对产妇及其伴侣进行调查,评价中文版PPSS的信效度。结果中文版产后父母安全感量表有母亲版和父亲版2个版本。母亲版有4个维度18个条目,量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.914,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.682~0.924,量表的折半信度为0.818,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.977,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.920~1.000;父亲版有4个维度13个条目,量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.894,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.814~0.919,折半信度为0.790,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.987,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.830~1.000,探索性因子分析分别提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率母亲版为70.927%,父亲版为79.509%。结论中文版PPSS母亲版和父亲版2个版本均具有较好的信度和效度,可作为产妇及其伴侣安全感水平的评估工具。

Objective To translate the Parents′ Postnatal Sense of Security(PPSS) into Chinese, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The English version of PPSS scale was translated per Brislin intercultural translation model. Then 204 postpartal mothers and their partners were surveyed with the Chinese version for testing of reliability and validity. Results There were two versions of the Chinese PPSS scale: the mother version and the father version. In the mother version, there were 18 items grouped into 4 dimensions;the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.914 for the whole scale, and between 0.682-0.924 for the dimensions;the split-half reliability was 0.818, the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.977 and the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.920-1.000. In the father version, there were 13 items grouped into 4 dimensions;the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.894 for the whole scale, and 0.814-0.919 for the dimensions;the half reliability was 0.790;the S-CVI/Ave was 0.987, and I-CVI ranged from 0.83-1.00. Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the maternal version was 70.927%, and that of father version was 79.509%. Conclusion Both the mother and father versions of the Chinese PPSS have good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to assess security levels of postnatal women and their partners.
