摘要
钴及其化合物在新能源材料、特殊性能合金等关键领域有着广泛的应用。我国金属钴的储量有限,随着市场对钴的需求增大,从钴渣等二次资源中回收钴的技术逐渐受到关注。本文概述了从湿法炼锌净化渣中回收钴的研究进展,介绍了氧化沉淀法、选择性酸浸法、氨-铵盐浸出法、溶剂萃取法的原理,剖析了存在的问题及技术难点。针对现有回收技术现状进行了展望,将有利于钴二次资源的开发及高效利用。
Cobalt and its compounds have a wide range of applications in the preparation of new energy materials,special performance alloys and other key fields.The reserves of metallic cobalt in China are limited,and with the increasing demand for cobalt in the market,the technology of recovering cobalt from secondary resources such as cobalt slag is gradually attracting attention.This paper overviews the current situation and research progress of cobalt recovery from hydrometallurgy zinc purification slag,introduces the principles of oxidation precipitation,selective acid leaching,ammonia-ammonium leaching and solvent extraction.The existing problems and technical difficulties are analyzed.In view of the present situation of recovery technology,the prospect is made,which will be beneficial to the development and efficient utilization of cobalt secondary resources.
