新时代理科教师胜任力模型构建与内涵解析 被引量:12

Model Construction and Connotation Analysis of the Competence for the Secondary School Science Teachers in the New Era

摘要 中学理科教师胜任力是理科教师胜任理科教育教学工作所需具备的关键能力、师德品格特质与科学思维。本研究基于理科教师胜任力的操作性定义,构建了理科教师胜任力的理论模型,包括教学实践能力、育人能力、教师专业伦理、科学观念与思维4项核心要素。依据该模型对国内外理科教师专业标准等7份文本材料进行编码,分析各构成要素关键词出现的频次,结果显示教学实践能力在文本材料中出现的频次最高。基于30位德尔菲专家调查数据的模糊性收敛分析,结果表明各构成要素具有较高的内容效度。对专家共同体展开的层次分析调查显示,育人能力的权重在4项核心要素中居于首位,表明本研究所构建的中学理科教师胜任力模型符合新时代国家对教师队伍建设的要求。 Competence of secondary school science teacher refers to the key capacities, moral qualities and scientific thinking. This study firstly constructed a theoretical model of science teacher competence, including four core elements: teaching practice, educational ability, professional ethics, scientific conception and thinking, based on the above definition. Seven text materials about professional standards for science teachers were coded, and the results showed that the teaching practice appeared most frequently in the text materials. Then, a fuzzy convergence analysis of the above elements is carried out based on the survey data of 30 experts. The results show that the components of science teacher competence have high content validity. Finally, the result of the hierarchical analysis shows that the weight of educational ability takes the first place among the four core elements, indicating that the science teacher competence model meets the requirements of the new era for the construction of teacher faculty.
