摘要
在领导中国革命、建设和改革的百年实践中,中国共产党先后将教师视为脑力劳动者、工人阶级的一部分、先进生产力的开拓者以及中华民族"梦之队"的筑梦人。不同的角色定位折射出党在不同时期对教师地位、作用和职业要求的认识,其核心内容包括:将教师视为劳动者以教书育人服务于人民;将教师视为创造者以培育人才创造新价值;将教师视为引导者以高尚师德引领社会发展。中国共产党的教师观立意深远、富有时代特征和民族特色,是对领导中国教育改革发展经验的不断总结、反思、提炼与升华。
In the century-long practice of leading China’s revolution,construction and reform,the CPC has successively regarded teachers as knowledge workers,part of the working class,advanced productivity pioneers and dream team for building the Chinese dream.Different roles reflect the Party’s understanding of the status,role,and professional requirements of teachers,the core of which includes viewing teachers as laborers who teach and serve the people,as creators who nurture talents to create new values,and as guides who lead social development.The CPC’s view of teachers is far-reaching,rich in contemporary features and national characteristics,and is a constant summary,reflection,refinement and sublimation of the experience of leading China’s educational reform.
