摘要
为提高薄壁管件耐撞性,在基础截面薄壁管的基础上,设计了八边形组合结构薄壁管件,并通过理论计算和数值仿真对不同的组合结构以及基础截面薄壁结构进行了轴向压溃动力学分析,从而对比研究了八边形组合薄壁结构的耐撞性能。研究结果表明:组合薄壁结构的整体耐撞性相对于基础截面薄壁结构有着极大的提高,其中比吸能平均提高了63.6%。在组合结构薄壁管中O-hex结构的峰值压溃力最低,且具有最高的压溃力效率以及较高的比吸能,所以O-hex的耐撞性表现最好,其次是具有最高比吸能的O-squ。将多边形组合结构应用到吸能结构中可以有效提高薄壁管件的耐撞性能,同时为吸能结构的研究与发展提供了参考。
In order to improve the crashworthiness of thin-walled tube,the octagonal composite structure thin-walled tube is designed based on the simple cross-section thin-walled tube.Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the axial collapse dynamics analysis of different composite structures and simple cross-section thin-walled structure is conducted so as to compare and analyze the crashworthiness of octagonal composite thin-walled structure.The results show that the overall crashworthiness of composite thin-walled structure is greatly improved compared with that of simple thin-walled structure,in which the specific energy absorption is increased by 63.6%on average.Among the composite thin-walled tubes,the O-hex structure has the lowest peak crushing force,the highest crushing force efficiency and higher specific energy absorption;so the crashworthiness of O-hex is the best,followed by O-squ with the highest specific energy absorption.The application of the polygon combination structure to the energy absorption structure can effectively improve the collision resistance of the thin-wall pipe fittings,and provide a reference for the research and development of the energy absorption structure.
