摘要
以上行式移动模架横梁结构为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行仿真分析,分别建立横梁结构在开模和合模状态下的有限元模型,其中横梁和挂粱部分用板块单元进行模拟,销轴部分用实体单元进行模拟,选取最危险工况进行仿真。有限元分析计算表明,该横粱结构在最大受力状态下强度满足要求,能保证施工安全。
In this paper,taking the cross beam structure of the upward movable formwork as the research object,the finite element models of the cross beam structure in the state of mold opening and mold closing are established respectively by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,in which the cross beam and hanging beam are simulated by plate element,the pin shaft is simulated by solid element,and the most dangerous working conditions are selected for simulation.The finite element analysis and calculation shows that the strength of the cross beam structure meets the requirements under the maximum stress state,which can ensure the construction safety.
