摘要
针对扶贫区域农业经济作物烘干作业需求,经过调研提出温度自适应的经济作物小型烘干机的研制方案,通过调节烘干机舱内空气湿度含量、调节烘干作业温度、合理分配热气流导向、优化烘干规模控制,达到小规模高效节能烘干农作物的目的,解决了烘干技术上难题。该小型烘干机已在陇南市西和县大桥镇的花椒种植产业中得到实践应用,取得了可观的经济效益,为类似问题提供了良好示范。
According to the demands of agricultural cash crop drying operation in poverty alleviation area,the development scheme of a temperature-adaptive small dryer for cash crops is put forward in this paper.After investigation,research,experimental analysis and prototype trial-production,the goal of small-scale,high-efficient and energy-saving drying of crops is achieved through adjusting the air humidity content in the dryer cabin,adjusting the drying operation temperature,distributing the hot air flow direction reasonably,and optimizing control for drying scale,thus the problem of drying technology has been solved.The small dryer has been applied in the pepper planting industry in Daqiao Town,Xihe County,Longnan City.It achieves considerable economic benefits and provides a good demonstration for the similar problems.
