摘要
汽车的双叉臂悬架是影响汽车平稳行驶的关键因素,目前在悬架试制过程中,往往会因车轮定位参数或变化趋势不当,导致一系列问题。通过分析车辆前悬架硬点参数,建立了基于CATIA的双叉臂独立悬架DMU运动仿真模型,提出了修改下横臂内侧安装点Z向高度、实现优化车轮外倾角变化趋势的方法。经实车道路验证,有效解决了车辆在道路行驶期间轮胎内侧不均匀磨损问题。
The double arm suspension is the key factor affecting the smooth running of the car.At present,in the process of suspension trial-production,a series of problems are often caused by improper wheel positioning parameters or variation trend.In this paper,the DMU motion simulation model of dual-arm independent suspension based on CATIA is established by analyzing the hard point parameters of vehicle front suspension.A method to optimize the variation trend of wheel camber angle is proposed by modifying the Z-direction height of the inner mounting point of the lower boom.Through the real vehicle road verification,problem of uneven wear on the inner side of tire is effectively solved.
