摘要
为提高LNG联运罐箱用紧急切断阀在车载低温工况下的稳定性和安全性,设计了一种弹簧膜片分离式结构低温紧急切断阀,并对其工作原理、结构组成、材料选择及其特点进行了详细的阐述,对阀门的关键零部件进行校核计算。最后,通过低温性能试验验证了该结构设计的合理性和可靠性,为低温紧急切断阀的设计与研究提供了一种新的参考。
In order to improve the stability and safety of the emergency shut-off valve for LNG intermodal tanks in vehicle-mounted low-temperature operating conditions,a type of spring-diaphragm-separated structure low-temperature emergency shut-off valve is designed in this paper;its working principle,structural composition,material selection and its characteristics are described in detail,and the key parts of the valve are checked and calculated.Finally,the low-temperature performance test verifies the rationality and reliability of the structural design;it would provide a new reference for the design and research of low-temperature emergency shut-off valves.
