摘要 某煤矿伸缩式钢架带式输送机LY00001换向滚筒的轻量化设计对于带式输送机的节能环保和安全高效运行意义深远。以LY00001伸缩式钢架带式输送机换向滚筒为研究对象,运用确定性优化设计对该带式输送机的换向滚筒进行优化设计,对设备响应面进行建模分析、获取响应值、具体优化设计,并将设计参数应用于设备改造中。经改造实验,LY00001伸缩式钢架带式输送机的换向滚筒质量下降13.37%,且经500 h连续运转无发生故障,符合设计要求。 The lightweight design of reversing drum for the safe and efficient operation of the belt conveyor is of far-reaching significance.In this paper,the commutating drum of LY00001 telescopic steel frame belt conveyor is taken as the research object,and the commutating drum of the belt conveyor is optimized by using the deterministic optimization design.The response surface of the equipment is modeled and analyzed,the response value is obtained,the specific optimization design is made,and the design parameters are applied to the equipment transformation.After the transformation experiment,it is found that the mass of reversing drum of LY00001 telescopic steel frame belt conveyor decreases by 13.37%,and there is no failure after 500h continuous operation,which meets the design requirements.
