摘要
为加强矿井生产中掘进机截割部减速器性能可靠及运行稳定的作用,结合煤矿掘进机截割部改进实践经验,在分析粘弹性材料优越性能并保证传动特征不变的情况下,提出通过减振橡胶改进减速器二级齿圈部位以减振缓冲的方案。ANSYS有限元仿真分析结果表明,此改进方案能实现掘进机截割减速器阻尼缓冲目的,大大提升掘进机截割煤壁作业的稳定性及安全性,为煤矿用掘进机截割减速器设计改进及性能优化提供了思路。
In order to strengthen the reliable performance and the stable function of the cutting reducer of roadheader in the mine production,combining with the practical experience of improving the cutting part of coal mine roadheader,a vibration buffer scheme through improving the secondary ring gear of the reducer by using damping rubber is put forward in the case of analyzing the superior performance of viscoelastic material and ensuring the transmission characteristics remain unchanged.The ANSYS finite element simulation analysis results show that the improved scheme can realize the damping buffer purpose of TBM cutting reducer,which would greatly enhance the stability and safety of TBM cutting coal wall operation,and provide the idea for the design improvement and performance optimization of the cutting reducer of coal mine roadheader.
