备自投装置带模拟断路器调试方法浅析 被引量:2

摘要 备用电源自动投入装置(以下简称备自投装置)是电力系统继电保护的重要的安全自动装置之一。当运行中的电气一次设备因为故障造成主电源跳闸,备自投装置将自动控制备用电源投入电网运行。备自投动作的成功与否,将极大地影响用户对“电力获得”指数的评价,也对电网公司营销业务提供有力支撑。针对备自投在投运以后往往较难进行带开关整组试验的问题,就备自投装置带模拟断路器调试方法进行试验分析总结,用模拟断路器代替实际断路器进行开关的分合闸试验,通过实例验证该方法可达到提高备自投投运后的安全正常动作的目标。此备自投带模拟断路器调试方法可为备自投的接线调试方法提供新思路。 Standby power automatic switching device is one of the important automatic safety devices of power system relay protection.When the main power supply trips due to fault of the electrical primary equipment in operation,the standby automatic switching device will automatically control the standby power supply to put into power grid operation.The success or failure of the automatic switching operation of the power supply system will greatly affect the user's evaluation of the“power acquisition”index,and also provide strong support for the marketing business of the power grid company.Aming at the problem that it is difficult to carry out the whole group test with switches after the standby automatic switching device is put into operation,the debugging method of the standby automatic switching device with analog circuit breaker is tested and analyzed in this paper.The analog circuit breaker is adopted instead of the actual circuit breaker for the switch opening and closing test.It is shown through the examples that the method can achieve the goal of improving the safe and normal operation after the standby automatic switch is put into operation.The debugging method of standby automatic switching with analog circuit breaker can provide a new idea for the wiring debugging method of standby automatic switching.
