直流励磁机碳粉收集装置设计与应用

摘要 老式直流励磁机运行时碳粉飘逸和堆积情况严重,导致集电环温度较高,降低电气设备绝缘性能,机组安全性下降。针对以上问题,通过数学计算和有限元模型分析,设计出最适用于刘家峡电站的碳粉收集装置,经实践应用,安装碳粉收集装置后能有效降低直流励磁机和碳刷运行时的温度,提高碳刷和直流励磁机的利用率和可靠性。 During the operation process of the old DC exciter,the carbon powder floats and accumulates seriously,which would result in higher temperature of the collector ring,lower insulation performance of electrical equipment and lower safety of the unit.In view of the above problems,through mathematical calculation and finite element model analysis,the most suitable carbon powder collection device for Liujiaxia power station is designed in this paper.After the practical application,the installation of carbon powder collection device can effectively reduce the temperature of DC exciter and carbon brush during the operation process,and improve the utilization and reliability of carbon brush and the DC exciter.
