基于“S”件质量检测方法的研究及应用

摘要 介绍了质量检测在五轴加工中的重要性,“S”件是验证五轴数控机床加工性能的标准,针对五轴数控机床的性能要求,在CAM软件中对加工策略进行了优化,并完成虚拟切削和实际加工。以三坐标测量仪为检测平台,对已加工的“S”件完成检测;并采用逆向扫描仪获取点云数据,对“S”件逆向检测分析,验证其正确性。解决了五轴数控机床加工性能检测,对五轴数控机床性能指标评价有一定的指导意义。 The importance of quality inspection in five-axis machining is introduced in this paper;the“S”part is the standard to verify the machining performance of five-axis NC machine tool.According to the performance requirements of five-axis NC machine tool,the machining strategy is optimized in CAM software,and virtual cutting and actual machining are completed.The CMM is taken as the detection platform to complete the detection of the processed“S”parts;the reverse scanner is used to obtain the point cloud data,and the reverse detection analysis on the“S”parts is carried out to verify its correctness.The machining performance test of five-axis NC machine tool is solved,which has certain guiding significance for the performance index evaluation of five-axis NC machine tool.
