摘要
以聚乙二醇、聚丙交酯-co-己内酯二醇(PCLA)、液化MDI和水为主要原料,制备了具有可双重激发形状记忆性能的聚氨酯泡沫。通过红外光谱、差示扫描量热、形状记忆、质量损失率和拉伸强度测试,研究了形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫(SMPF)的组成、结晶、形状记忆和在水溶液中的降解性能。结果表明:SMPF结晶熔融温度为41~45℃,形状固定率大于97%,水激发形状回复率最大为71.2%,热激发形状回复率最大为46.8%;随着软段中PCLA含量的增加,SMPF形状回复率逐渐减小,降解速率逐渐增大。
Polyurethane foams with dual-triggering shape memory properties were prepared by polyethylene glycol,poly(glycolide-co-ε-caprolactone)diol,liquefied MDI and water as the main raw materials.The crystallization,shape memory and degradability of shape memory polyurethane foam(SMPF)were studied through FTIR,DSC,shape memory,weight loss rate and tensile strength tests the composition.The results showed that SMPF had a melting temperature of 41~45℃,shape-fixing rate of larger than 97%,the largest water-triggering recovery rate of 71.2%,and the largest heat-triggering recovery rate of 46.8%.As increasing the content of poly(glycolide-co-ε-caprolactone)diol in soft segment,SMPF showed the decrease of shape recovery rate and increase of degradation rate.
