Preparation of NiMoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2) and Study on Its Flame Retardant Properties of Spray Polyurea

摘要 采用水热法和模板法制备了新型阻燃剂Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2),将其加入喷涂聚脲(SPUA)中制备了SPUA复合材料。通过X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱,对Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)进行物相组成和元素分析;利用锥形量热仪(CONE)对材料进行阻燃性能表征。结果表明,添加质量分数2%的Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)时,SPUA复合材料热释放速率峰值与总CO释放量较纯SPUA分别下降了26.2%和38.4%,阻燃性能得到较大提升。 The new flame retardant Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)was prepared by hydrothermal method and template method.The spray polyurea composite was prespared by Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)adding to spray polyurea.The phase composition and elemental analysis of Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Cone calorimeter(CONE)was used to characterize the flame retardancy of the materials.The results showed that the peak heat release rate(PHRR)and total CO release were reduced by26.2%and 38.4% when 2% mass fraction of Ni MoO_(4)/Co-Ni LDH/SiO_(2)was added.The flame retardancy of spray polyurea was greatly improved.
